Sports specific – Playing a sport often maintains a good level of fitness but to progress to the next stage in your chosen sport can require extra strength and fitness. We can develop personal exercise regimes that are tailored to improve your sports performance and level of achievement.
In addition to personal training, the fitness team can also offer team training for a wide range of sporting activities, including football, rugby, hockey and netball.
Cycling – Performed correctly, cycling is a fantastic and enjoyable form of exercise that can drastically alter body shape and improve cardio-vascular fitness. The fitness team can provide one-to-one indoor cycling or group outdoor sessions (subject to clients having their own road bikes).
