Meet the Fitness Team

Linda Johnston

Married with three children, and having enjoyed a successful career in marketing, Linda Johnston knows what it’s like to have been at the wrong end of the fitness scale.

After working with her own Personal Trainer, Linda gained the necessary instruction and motivation to lose 20lbs, reduce her body fat ratio and succeed in running two half marathons.

Linda was inspired by this experience to retrain for a career in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer. She is now a highly motivated individual who is keen to share this enthusiasm with her clients.

Her primary focus is on nutrition, weight management and core stability and she enjoys working with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
