Katie Brighton, fitness trainer in Cheltenham
After a career in training horses and running restaurants Katie decided to study to become a personal trainer, and pursue what she loved best.

With a passion for skiing, riding and cycling Katie pushed boundaries she never thought were possible and has trained successfully for triathlons. She now wants to share her passion with others and help them achieve their goals.

With gym management experience, Katie loves sport specific training but having studied yoga for three years she also embraces the postural side of training..
